Contractors who work within properties whether they are domestic or commercial , should be aware that ANY material which can reasonably be expected to contain asbestos must be presumed to contain asbestos. 

Where it APPEARS to contain asbestos, there should be a strong presumption that it does.

ALL materials which are presumed to contain asbestos must be sampled and tested; it's not possible to know until you do. Common materials that contain asbestos include:
