Has your office been closed during the latest work from home Government guidance?
January 2022
Just before Christmas, in light of the new Omicron variant, the Government decided to move to Plan B in England, which advised anyone who can work from home should do so from Monday 13 December 2021.

This advice meant offices around England may now have already been closed for a month or had very low levels of occupancy.
These closures for offices or low levels occupancy can mean that water systems may not have been used as intended, for example, some outlets may not been regularly used or flushed. Consequently stagnant water can lead to a build up of harmful levels of Legionella bacteria in water systems.
